During Disney Dreamers Academy, high school students – also identified as “Dreamers” – learn important skills such as communication techniques and networking strategies, build confidence and create fun memories to cherish for a lifetime.

Selected from thousands of applicants, Dreamers also participate in hands-on, full-immersion workshops led by industry experts in a bevy of career paths, ranging from animation to zoology – and it all takes place in the magical setting of Walt Disney World Resort theme parks.

Each year, motivational speakers and celebrities, including event host Steve Harvey, gospel singer Yolanda Adams, celebrity Chef Jeff Henderson and many more, share their stories and provide insight on how to achieve success and “DREAM BIG.”
