Congratulations Kenneth F. Irby on being the inaugural recipient of NPPA’s John Long Ethics Award.

‘The choice for the inaugural Long award was unanimous. The first person to be honored with this important new                  presentation is Kenneth F. Irby. The honor will be bestowed on Irby later this spring during                                                                       ceremonies at NPPA’s Northern Short Course.’
