Tampa Bay Times to print Tampa Tribune

Tampa, Fla – The Tampa Bay Times newspaper will now print its rival paper the Tampa Tribune. According to published reports, the deal is for five years, terms though have not been released. Read more below from both the Times and the Tribune, as well as Poynter: Tampa Bay Times TBO.COM Poynter

Caryn Baird visits TBABJ Monthly meeting

Tampa, FL – Caryn Baird, News Researcher for the Tampa Bay Times newspaper, was guest speaker at our monthly meeting in January. That meeting was held at Sweet Tomatoes Restaurant on North Dale Mabry Highway.  Baird talked to journalists for 20 minutes, giving research tips. Thanks Caryn for sharing your knowledge with us.
